Fashion and Lifestyle Brand is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Fabric Assistant to support a Fabric Development team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks related to fabric and print processes. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in apparel, textiles, color, or product development who is eager to learn and grow within a collaborative team.
What You’ll Do- Enter, send, and track fabric comments and approvals through PLM and email.
- Maintain clear, organized, and accurate records for fabric approvals, including file organization and version control.
- Support preparation, packing, and shipment tracking of fabric standards for an international QC team.
- Provide general coordination and administrative support as team priorities shift.
- Interest in apparel, textiles, color, or product development; prior experience is welcome but not required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to complete repetitive work accurately.
- Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
- A proactive, adaptable, and resourceful approach to changing needs.
- Clear communication and dependable follow-through.
- Comfort using systems and digital tools daily; experience with Centric PLM is a plus.
