Twenty is a boutique recruitment agency that connects high-growth companies with exceptional candidates
Our client is a boutique advisory firm that partners with major global brands to translate cultural insight into stronger, more resonant marketing, content, and audience strategy. The team works at a senior level, often directly with C-suite and executive stakeholders, helping organizations understand what their audiences need to feel seen and understood. The company has grown quickly over the past year and continues to expand its team to support that momentum.
Aboutthe Role
This role sits at the intersection of executive support, content coordination, and external communications, working directly with the founder and CEO. The person in this seat will manage day-to-day scheduling, travel, and priorities for a highly visible principal, partner with the creative team on content, and represent the CEO as an ambassador in the room. As the company places greater emphasis on building community among its partners and clients, this role will be a visible part of strengthening those relationships.
It is built for someone who genuinely enjoys supporting a principal, anticipates needs before they are spoken, and is energized by work that ranges from messaging and storytelling to advocacy. The role reports directly to the CEO, with close collaboration with the operations lead.
