The role

This is an important behind-the-scenes role that keeps our showroom, customers, and team organized and moving forward.

Lion Windows & Doors is a small, family-run windows and doors company in West Los Angeles. We are looking for someone dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented who enjoys being useful, solving small problems before they become big ones, and supporting a close-knit team.

This is not a flashy job. It is a trusted job with real impact.

In-person at our West LA showroom:

1838 Sawtelle Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90025
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm

Reliable commuting is required. This is not a remote or flexible-hours position.

• Welcome and assist showroom guests
• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer and vendor emails
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
• Keep files, customer information, and office records organized
• Support the sales and operations teams with day-to-day tasks
• Follow up on details and help keep projects moving
• Notice what needs attention and take initiative

• Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Organized and comfortable managing several tasks
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
• Patient, helpful, and happy to support the team
• Comfortable with Word, Excel, Gmail, and basic office systems
• Able to follow through without needing constant direction
• Reliable commute to West Los Angeles

Windows and doors experience is helpful but not required. We care more about attitude, follow-through, and willingness to learn.

$21-$25 per hour , plus a California-mandated retirement plan.

We are a small company and currently do not offer health insurance or paid time off.

For someone who wants to grow over time, there may eventually be opportunities to take on more customer coordination or sales responsibilities with additional commission compensation. This is first and foremost an administrative support role.
