Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America. By combining AI, advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing, we help aerospace and defense companies build rockets, satellites, aircraft, ships, and other mission-critical systems up to 10x faster and at significantly lower cost.
Following our $1.37B Series D at a $7.87B valuation, Hadrian is rapidly expanding our manufacturing footprint, launching new capabilities across welding, casting, forging, electronics, additive manufacturing, and more, while scaling our Factory-as-a-Service platform to transform how critical products are built.
Backed by leading investors including JPMorgan Chase, Valor Equity Partners, Andreessen Horowitz, Founders Fund, 137 Ventures, Lux Capital, T. Rowe Price, and Morgan Stanley, we’re building the future of American manufacturing—and looking for exceptional people to help make it happen.
If you’re ready to take on the most challenging and rewarding work of your career while helping create American manufacturing jobs for generations to come, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of support for one or more executives across multiple functions
Own complex, high-volume calendar management across competing internal and external priorities
Plan and manage end-to-end travel for both domestic and international; including hybrid in‑office and on‑the‑road itineraries.
Act as both gatekeeper and connector by triaging incoming requests and communications while keeping the right people in the loop without being asked.
Produce polished presentations, reports, briefing docs, and internal documentation for leadership.
Drive meeting operations front to back: pre‑reads and agendas going in, clear notes and tracked follow‑ups.
Help plan and execute executive team events and external onsite visits.
Take on personal and ad hoc tasks when it meaningfully protects executive bandwidth with discretion.
Operate comfortably in ambiguity; shifting priorities, incomplete information, and competing demands.
Flex as the role evolves: the shape of this support, the executives, and how the function is structured will change as the company scales.
What We’re Looking For
5-7+ years of experience supporting senior executives
Incredible organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
A natural problem‑solver who is calm under pressure and thrives in fast‑paced environments
Able to handle confidential information with discretion
Skilled at juggling multiple projects while keeping nothing from slipping through the cracks
Emotionally intelligent and able to build trust and rapport with senior leaders
Proficient with tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, and modern productivity software
Driven, curious, and eager to take on more responsibility over time
