** Electronics Quality Technician III
** reports to the Quality Supervisor on the Operations - Quality Control team. The successful individual in this role will support
* Stream Caster MANET
* product development and manufacturing.
The position is full-time, on-site daily, Monday through Friday. The location for this role is Silvus Technologies’ HQ in the heart of
** vibrant*
* ** West LA.
*** High School Diploma or GED, or an Associate’s degree in Electronics, with 2 years of relevant experience.
* Minimum 4 years of hands-on electronics experience.
* Advanced soldering and rework proficiency (fine-pitch SMT, BGAs, micro coax).
* Strong troubleshooting skills using schematics and test instruments.
* Experience documenting and communicating technical findings to engineers.
* ** NOTE - Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.**
* ** All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check.
*** Certified IPC Specialist (CIS) under IPC-A-610 or IPC-J-STD 001.
* Familiarity with RF and high-speed digital circuit testing.
* Experience with Linux-based diagnostic tools.
* Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary production environment.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to do the following:
* Perform bending and reaching movements to place items on lower and higher shelves.
* Kneeling or squatting to access lower shelves.
* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. when receiving incoming part shipments.
* Walking/Moving in the labs.
This pay range is NOT a guarantee. It is based on market research and peer data and will vary depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
