Automotive Master Repair Technician – MINI of Universal City
Location:
Los Angeles area (MINI of Universal City). This role reports to the Service Manager and is responsible for performing high-quality automotive repairs and maintenance on MINI vehicles, with a focus on Master-level expertise.
$47.00/hr - $52.00/hr
Salary range: $75,000 - $120,000 annually ($47 - $52 flag rate per hour) + performance bonuses — Full-time, in-person role.

- Perform work specified on repair orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, etc.)
- Communicate with Service Advisors to keep customers informed and provide accurate repair time estimates
- Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
- Fix-It-Right-The-First-Time
- Current MINI Master Training Level and ASE Master Certification (A1-A8) required
- Prior MINI or BMW dealership experience required
- Strong knowledge of service drive and diagnostic processes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent mechanical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to quality
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and repair procedures
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Basic computer competency
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
