• Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal technician productivity.
• Diagnose complex vehicle issues, assist technicians, and provide solutions.
• Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure BMW standards are met.
• Stay updated on BMW diagnostic tools, software, and repair procedures.
• Mentor and train technicians, focusing on skill development and technical expertise.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors to address customer concerns.
• Provide accurate repair estimates and time frames.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor shop equipment and tools, ensuring maintenance and calibration.
• Manage workflow to reduce vehicle downtime and optimize shop efficiency.
• Assist in scheduling and allocating work based on technician skill sets.
• Document repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities accurately.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Experience as a lead technician or shop foreman
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• ASE Master Technician certification is required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
