You will serve as the day‑to‑day business leader, capable of managing and growing a portfolio that generates $10–15 MM in revenue and profit. You will execute the vision set by the C‑suite, partnering with integrated team leaders to ensure client success and to embed the honey‑empire principles across the agency.
What You’ll Do Client Partnership- Fully versed in client business: historic context, products, financials (share, HHP, brand health, MMM, etc.), business challenges and opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with senior client leaders (VP/Director/BM), including CMO/CEO level, to align vision, objectives, working model and navigate challenging situations.
- Implement strategies to grow client brands and businesses, leveraging core VM products (SOC, VVM, Vayner
AOR, Consulting, etc.) and Vayner
X offerings. - Apply deep knowledge of Creative, Strategy, Media, Analytics, Production and PM disciplines.
- Lead and guide teams (and partner teams) on large strategic projects such as annual planning and strategic agenda setting for clients.
- Drive incremental revenue growth and profit, accountable for top‑line budget targets by brand.
- Proven ability to sell new business and strategically grow existing portfolio.
- Understand financial health of client business, track performance and ensure efficient execution against scopes.
- Track business health regularly, diagnose issues and implement fixes quickly.
- Proven track record of growing client business, managing a portfolio of $10–15 MM revenue & profitability.
- Experience managing integrated campaigns across social, digital, traditional, media and other channels.
- Strong credentials in new business pitch and facilitation of meetings and presentations.
- Adaptability to market changes, VM products and culture speed.
- Deep knowledge of paid media platforms, measurement tools (Nielsen, Comscore, MMM, brand lift studies).
- Production expertise across all media types.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Base Salary: $180,000 – $225,000 USD (variable by skills, experience and location).
