GlobalTransaction Advisory Group (TAG)
TAG is a subsidiary of A&M, an established leader in providing global leadership and advisory services to a variety of diverse industries. GlobalTransaction Analytics (GTA)
A&M’s GTA practice, within our Transaction Advisory Group, has an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑growing team in New York, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Miami, Nashville, Los Angeles and San Francisco. We are seeking a Manager to bring their energy, passion, and expertise to help our clients get the answers they need to get the deal done across the investment lifecycle from pre‑deal to post‑deal analysis.
HowYou Will Contribute
As a Manager in our GTA practice, you will have the opportunity to work with our highly motivated and effective team of professionals on a variety of interesting projects across different industries including but not limited to manufacturing, distribution, consumer, retail, restaurants, business and industrial services as well as healthcare, software & technology, energy and financial services. You will add value to our clients by offering data‑enabled business, financial, and operational transparency during pre‑acquisition due diligence or post‑acquisitions performance improvement projects.
Responsibilities- Lead numerous client engagements
- Effectively manage day‑to‑day client interaction and relationships
- Proactively contribute to business development opportunities
- Manage and prioritize team responsibilities and consult with senior members of the team as appropriate across multiple deals
- Work cohesively and collaboratively across stakeholders
- Counsel and mentor junior members of the team and continue to develop the team's technical acumen
- Proactively recruit, train, and develop junior staff members, including teaching training classes as applicable

Qualifications- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analytics or transaction services
- Buy‑side/vendor due diligence experience across industries preferred
- Understanding of M&A / PE investment lifecycle preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field
