Job Description

The Supply Chain Analyst reports to the Supply Chain Manager and plays a key role in supporting supply chain analysis, planning, procurement, and inventory management. This position is based at Silvus Technologies’ headquarters in West Los Angeles, CA and is on a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days onsite per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays).

Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of product structures, manufacturing processes, and supply chain operations.
  • Independently analyze requirements and forecasts to suggest procurement and inventory strategies.
  • Exercise judgment in establishing purchasing priorities and authorizing purchase orders within delegated financial authority.
  • Generate month‑end inventory, cost of goods sold, supplier spend, planning and forecasting reports.
  • Lead supplier engagement, including quote evaluation, negotiation strategy, contract terms recommendations, and performance management.
  • Oversee supplier performance metrics and collaborate with the Quality team to implement corrective actions.
  • Apply strong analytical and advanced spreadsheet skills to plan requirements and forecasts in a non‑ERP/MRP environment.
  • Evaluate and adjust procurement plans in response to changes in demand, supply constraints, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse, Shipping, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure alignment of supply strategies.
  • Work closely with the Warehousing team to oversee inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team and suppliers to resolve accounts payable discrepancies.
  • Suggest supply chain strategies and other process improvements to the Supply Chain Manager.
  • Perform other analytical or strategic supply‑chain related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and make high‑impact operational decisions.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced office environment with multiple competing deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.
  • All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check.
Preferred Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing and supply chain management is highly desirable.
  • Self‑motivated with a focus on delivering high‑quality work.
Working Conditions &

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. when receiving incoming part shipments.
Pay Range (CA)

$80,000 – $90,000 USD

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
