The role of Product Manager within the manufacturing sector is crucial for guiding product development and execution to meet consumer needs and advance company objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include:

• Defining product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Gathering and prioritizing customer requirements to meet user needs and maintain competitive advantage.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to deliver solutions promptly.
• Monitoring market trends and adjusting product strategies accordingly.
• Securing stakeholder buy-in for product vision.
• Developing and tracking KPIs to measure product success and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Coordinating product launches and promotions with marketing and sales teams.
• Leading roadmap discussions, conducting user research, and managing cross-functional teams to meet milestones within budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field;
  Master’s preferred.
• Certifications like CPM or ACPMPO are highly regarded.
• Experience with product management tools and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and market understanding.
• Proven experience in manufacturing or similar industries.

Computer Skills

Proficiency in AUTOCAD, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project.
