  • Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
  • Annual Salary Pay: $80,000-$85,000 per year
  • Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday
  • Hours: Tues-Wed: 5:00am-1:30pm;
    Thurs-Sat: 11:00am-7:30pm
  • Experience: Managing last mile delivery operations preferred

Summary

The Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day‑to‑day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of operations and account management. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

Essential Functions
  • Customer service satisfaction and expectation management.
  • Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees.
  • Manage day‑to‑day planning and scheduling.
  • Health and safety management.
  • State/Local/Federal regulations compliance.

  • Fundamental knowledge of supply chain management components required (intermediate).
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production required (advanced).
Qualifications
  • High school diploma / GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain preferred.
  • Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required.
  • One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) required (advanced).
  • Logistics industry knowledge required (advanced).
  • Knowledge and understanding of customer/company local and federal regulations required (advanced).
  • Fundamental knowledge of supply chain management components required (intermediate).
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production required (advanced).

Pay type:

Salaried.

Minimum pay range: $80,000.

Maximum pay range: $85,000.
