About us: At talisman advisory partners we provide talent solutions today, for the industries of tomorrow. We're a search and staffing firm that has vertically integrated functional recruitment teams across Energy and Infrastructure. We are growing the team at our LA office in Venice, CA and are looking to add senior level hires to join our Trading team. This person will support entry and expansion into exciting high growth markets.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 4 years of progressive experience in full-cycle, agency recruitment
- 360 recruitment agency experience, ideally in Energy, Engineering, or Infrastructure markets
- Experience working in technical, candidate-short markets
- Track record of hitting weekly/monthly/quarterly business development targets
- Ambitious, smart, and excellent communicators
- Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid work environment
What you’ll do:
- Source top talent using various networking tools (LI Recruiter, CRM, events, cold call, email)
- Navigate hiring processes using professional negotiation skills and judgment
- Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality candidate and client management
- Identify trends and opportunities across your target market and candidate pool
- Identify, pitch, and win new business; signing terms with clients in your chosen market
- Set and exceed goals around business objectives
