Position: TikTok Shop - Special Projects Manager
Team Overview
We aim to bring discovery, inspiration, and joy back to shopping by making Tik Tok the commerce channel of choice for merchants, creators, and partners. Tik Tok Shop is looking for a collaborative and strategic thinker to drive category growth through cross-functional partnerships, strategy design, and project management.

Responsibilities

* Lead and execute strategic projects to develop and optimize campaign strategies for Tik Tok Shop category teams, driving long-term GMV growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

* Spearheaded end-to-end planning and development of marketing and campaign projects, establishing effective online/offline marketing models and enhancing brand and consumer engagement.

* Independently managed GMV target-driven projects, ensuring merchant fulfillment (including product assortment, ad spend, marketing initiatives etc.), driving campaign differentiated highlights, securing resources, and monitoring key performance metrics throughout all phases.

* Collaborated closely with internal and external partners to understand merchant needs, integrate platform resources, and deliver a consistent pipeline of high-quality brand campaign and category campaign proposals, while continuously optimizing strategies based on feedback.

* Conduct data-driven analysis, competitor benchmarking, and hypothesis testing to solve business challenges and identify new growth opportunities.

* Systematically refined and documented successful Brand IP campaign models and best practices, empowering merchants with proven methodologies through comprehensive campaign reviews.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Strong quantitative and analytical skills; a background in mathematics, statistics, business analytics, or related fields

* Experience in e-commerce strategy & operations, category management, management consulting, or business strategy, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives.

* Hands-on experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to execute solutions that drive measurable business impact.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a structured and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Startup experience, especially in marketplace, e-commerce, or consumer goods sectors.
