Position: Construction Bookkeeper
Reports To: General Manager
Job Overview:
- Manage all phases of job costing within RMS and Quick Books Accounting Software.
- Oversee daily franchise operations as needed when the owner is unavailable.
- Maintain all accounting, computer, and financial records in collaboration with a CPA.
- Communicate empathetically and with a sense of urgency through modern technology.

Qualifications:

- Organized, flexible, with strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Availability for nights/weekends/overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Establish rapport with insurance carriers, clients, vendors, and team members.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist colleagues and foster positive relationships.
- Represent our brand professionally.
- Gather information, monitor business aspects, and address problems.
- Oversee job costing processes.
- Support daily franchise operations in the absence of the owner.
- Maintain financial records and ensure safety certifications and insurance are current.
- Process timesheets and payroll.
