IV.AI is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO in Los Angeles. Hybrid role; you will bridge CEO direction with company execution, owning revenue operations, contracts, and automation initiatives.
You’ll drive the planning cadence across the executive team and manage cross-functional priorities from sales, product, and engineering to ensure alignment and timely delivery. You will build and optimize CRM and reporting, stabilize processes, and create vertexed automations that reduce manual work.
