Operations Coordinator

A leading gaming company is hiring an Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This temp role is based onsite at our HQ location. The position involves supporting project coordination, process improvements, and team logistics in a fast-paced environment focused on creating great games with great people.

• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and organization of team data
• Support event planning and coordinate team initiatives
• Manage invoice processing and inventory supplies
• Contribute to process documentation and process mapping efforts
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations

• 2-5 years of project coordination experience in a corporate setting
• Familiarity with project management fundamentals and tools (Jira, Confluence, Monday)
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
