We are looking for an experienced, connected, entrepreneurial Senior Talent Manager to join as a Founding Partner and play a meaningful role in building the company from the ground up.

The ideal candidate is currently working at an established management company, talent agency, or entertainment organization and has built a strong reputation for developing talent and creating opportunities.

You may be a senior manager or executive who has reached a point where you want more autonomy, greater upside, and the opportunity to help build something of your own.

As a Founding Partner, you will have the opportunity to help establish the company's:

• Vision and management philosophy
• Talent roster and signing strategy
• Company culture and infrastructure
• Business development strategy
• Brand and industry positioning
• Strategic partnerships
• Long-term growth strategy

You will also take an active role in managing and developing talent, identifying new opportunities, and helping build the businesses and brands surrounding our clients.

• Manage and develop a select roster of creators, actors, and entertainers
• Identify, recruit, and sign new talent
• Develop long-term career and business strategies for clients
• Source and negotiate brand partnerships and sponsor ships
• Develop licensing, product, collaboration, and entrepreneurial opportunities
• Pursue acting, television, film, digital, live entertainment, and other opportunities where appropriate
• Help clients expand their audiences and build valuable personal brands
• Develop relationships with brands, agencies, production companies, studios, networks, platforms, and other industry partners
• Identify opportunities that extend beyond traditional talent management
• Participate in company strategy, business development, and growth
• Help establish the systems, standards, and culture of the company
• Contribute to building a highly selective, high-touch roster rather than a high-volume management business
