We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to oversee and execute construction projects across a range of sectors, including healthcare, education, commercial, and residential developments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within established budgets, timelines, and scopes, while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines and schedules
• Monitor project progress, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure on-time completion
• Coordinate communication and updates with clients, stakeholders, and project team members
• Manage budgets, resources, and subcontractors effectively
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to project team members
• Ensure all project activities comply with relevant codes, regulations, and company standards

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in project planning and management within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety practices
• Demonstrated success managing projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, and residential
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar tools)
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities
