EHS / HSE Manager, Contracts Manager
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with IOR, contractors, architects, engineers, HCIA, stakeholder, and clients
Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
Minimum 7yrs of experience in the Construction industry;
Two(2) of the seven (7) should have responsibility in coordinating healthcare projects with construction values in excess of $8M
Experience with Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) construction/design processes required
Design Build Experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
