As the Senior Construction Manager you will be responsible for the design and construction of buildings and engineering projects. You will manage both new and renovation construction projects as the owner’s representative, overseeing overall quality, schedule and performance results.

• Experience with new construction and renovation projects through design, construction & completion.
• Capital planning and financial reporting on projects.
• Manage work in compliance with state, local, and client requirements.
• Review contractor schedules.
• Prepare project master schedules, budgets and cost estimates.
• Analyze critical path updates and schedule progress, evaluate options, and communicate status.
• Build detailed engineering cost reports, change notices and other cost control tools.
• Maintain project schedules and alert the team to potential problem areas.
• Monitor general contractor and subcontractor adherence to safety standards.
• Prepare detailed material, labor, and equipment cost estimates for bid documents and change orders.
• Negotiate change orders and evaluate the cost impact of RFIs, submittals and field memos.
• Understand contract procurement and administration.
• Manage projects to completion on‑time, within budget and scope.
• Produce reports and briefings using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Produce project reports utilizing PMIS systems and software.

• Minimum 10 years of construction management experience.
• Licensed professional or Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
• Education in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
