My client is a well‑established mechanical contractor with a strong presence across California, known for delivering complex construction and service projects in regulated environments.

This role supports a confidential healthcare client at a single onsite location in Berkeley
, offering long‑term stability and consistent project work. The Project Site Manager will be embedded at the client location five days a week
, serving as a trusted, highly visible representative responsible for overseeing mechanical construction and service‑side projects.

Project sizes typically range from $2M construction projects to $6M service projects
. This is an extremely client‑facing role suited for someone who is organized, communicative, and comfortable balancing field and administrative responsibilities.

• Act as the onsite project representative for a confidential healthcare client
• Manage mechanical construction and service projects from initiation through closeout
• Split responsibilities approximately 50% administrative / 50% project management
• Coordinate schedules, documentation, permits, and compliance requirements
• Serve as a primary point of contact between the client stakeholders
• Track budgets, change orders, timelines, and project deliverables
• Support service‑side project execution in an active healthcare environment
• Maintain strong, professional communication with all stakeholders

• Experience as a Project Manager or Project Site Manager within construction
• Strong general construction PM experience required (HVAC experience is a plus, not required)
• Field experience required; must be confident operating onsite
• Strong computer and documentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and client‑focused

• Long‑term onsite role at a single, stable client location
• High‑visibility, client‑facing position with meaningful responsibility
• Exposure to both construction and service‑side mechanical projects
• Support from an experienced mechanical contracting organization
• Clear earning upside with performance‑based incentives

• On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 – $170,000
