Our Los Angeles team delivers high‑end, Class A commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects across offices, creative workplaces, and studio environments. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a seasoned Commercial Construction Superintendent who wants to lead from the front and take pride in the work they put their name on.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead all field operations for Class A commercial tenant improvement projects
- Plan and manage schedules, logistics, and daily work activities to meet aggressive deadlines
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and trade partners
- Maintain exceptional standards for safety, quality, and site organization
- Manage subcontractor performance, inspections, and punch lists
- Anticipate challenges in occupied or constrained environments and solve them proactively
- Represent the company professionally with clients and building stakeholders
- 10+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent with a commercial general contractor
- Extensive background in Class A tenant improvement projects
- Proven experience delivering offices, creative spaces, and studio environments
- Strong understanding of MEP coordination and high‑end interior finishes
- Leadership style that earns trust from crews, clients, and project teams
- Base salary up to $145,000, depending on experience
