All 5's Construction is seeking an Estimator to join our Doors, Frames, & Hardware team in Los Angeles County/Orange County, CA. The Estimator coordinates all DFH proposals, budgets, and schedules to ensure project success, reporting to the Chief Estimator and overseeing Junior Estimators.
Responsibilities include reviewing contract docs, preparing quantity surveys, evaluating supplier quotes, and generating a complete job-cost estimate. Salary is DOE, with a range of $80,000–$120,000.
