Superintendent- Luxury Custom Homes

We’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to oversee the on-site construction of high-end luxury custom homes throughout the Los Angeles area. This role is ideal for a hands-on residential construction professional who excels at managing subcontractors, schedules, quality, safety, and day-to-day field operations while delivering exceptional custom homes.

.

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for luxury custom home projects from groundbreaking through final completion and turnover.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, vendors, deliveries, inspections, and site activities
  .
• Maintain project schedules and construction sequencing to ensure projects remain on track.
• Monitor all work for quality, craftsmanship, accuracy, and compliance with plans and specifications
  .
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project documentation
  .
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
  .
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
  .
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly to minimize delays, rework, and cost impacts
  .
• Oversee punch lists, inspections, closeout, and final turnover
  .
• Ensure every completed home meets the company’s standards for luxury craftsmanship and attention to detail
  .

• Experience as a Superintendent in residential construction
  , ideally within luxury custom homebuilding
  .
• Strong experience overseeing ground-up custom homes, major renovations, or high-end residential projects
  .
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, trades, schedules, inspections, and field operations
  .
• Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing, building methods, and quality standards
  .
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and architectural drawings
  .
• Excellent leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  .
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
  .
• Ability to effectively coordinate with Project Managers, architects, designers, clients, and trades
  .
• Ability to work on-site throughout the Los Angeles, CA area
  .
