Pay: $125,000 to $155,000
We're hiring a Construction Manager for a boutique construction management firm running healthcare renovations and seismic upgrades on active hospital campuses across the Valley. Real projects, real budgets, no fluff.
What you'll do:- Manage multiple concurrent healthcare renovation projects, typically $1 million to $15 million each
- Work directly with clients, architects, and contractors to keep every job moving
- Step into a genuine growth seat, this firm trains and hands over more responsibility fast as you prove yourself
- Bring the urgency and problem solving instincts that come from a general contractor background
- 8+ years of total construction experience
- A general contractor or subcontractor background
- Sharp verbal and written communication skills
- A tight, senior team that partners closely rather than micromanaging
- A steady pipeline of negotiated work, not a scramble for the next bid

Pay: $125,000 to $155,000 depending on experience, plus bonus potential. Direct hire, on site.
