Form worker Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Form worker Supervisor to join our construction team in Los Angeles. As a Form worker Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of formworkers, ensuring that construction projects are completed efficiently and accurately. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per week.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of formworkers on construction projects
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate placement of forms
• Train new formworkers and provide ongoing support and guidance to the team
• Ensure that all safety regulations and company policies are followed at all times
• Monitor project progress, identify any issues or delays, and take appropriate action to resolve them
• Communicate with other members of the construction team to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, hours worked, and project progress

• At least 5 years of experience as a form worker, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Extensive knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety procedures
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction plans accurately
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members effectively
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
