PM Technologies is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Construction Program Manager to join our team in Los Angeles!
We’re seeking a passionate, driven, and collaborative construction professional with strong project management experience.
Airport construction experience is highly preferred
, open to applicable experience.
- Report directly to Owner Management and oversee assigned project(s)
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, budgets, and schedules
- Take full ownership of project success from conception through client handover
- Lead projects to successful completion with a focus on technical performance, financial results, schedule, and quality
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Monitor and control project safety, risk, budget, and schedule
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders
- Review, respond to, and process:
- RFIs
- Potential Change Orders (PCOs)
- Change Order Requests (CORs)
- Contractor and consultant invoices
- Coordinate drawing submittals between contractors and design professionals and ensure all transmittals are properly documented
- Review and approve contractor work plans
- Lead project teams by prioritizing critical work, addressing obstacles, managing resources, and meeting deadlines
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
- Maintain familiarity with applicable Federal, State, and Local building codes and permitting processes
- 4-year degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management
, or a related field - Significant experience in construction project/program management
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and contract documents
- Strong understanding of project controls, budgets, schedules, contracts, and change management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex construction environment
