• Prepareandmaintainprojectschedules
• Prepareprojectdocuments–clientchangeorders,subcontracts,subcontractorchangeorders,meeting minutes,letters,memorandums,notices,etc.
• Coordinatingwithonsitecontractorsinplanningandcoordinatingthestagesofconnectingnewsystemswithexistingutilitysystems
• Controlandmonitorsubcontractorsandmonitortheirperformance
• Managecostchanges,tracklegitimatechangeordersrequests,compilefairpricingforworkandforecastfinancialresultsaccurately
• Reviewandexpeditesubmittalsandmaterials,aswellasmonitorcriticalmaterialitemsanddeliveries
• Maintainqualitycontrolandproductionefficiency
• Maintainimmediateanddirectresponsibilityforproductionphasesoftheproject;resolveproductionproblems
• Overseethatjobsitesafetyproceduresarebeingfollowed
• Providefeedbackonproductioncoststothe Estimating Department
• Developandleadthemarketresearchexecutionplanforproductdesignalternativesthatfitprojectbudgetanddesignintent
• Create the design/procurement execution plans that fulfill contractual project scope obligations and provide potential cost saving
  design and energy efficient solutions based on current sub tier (supplier, manufacturer) market trends
• Establishprojectprotocolsanddevelopplanstoorganizeandcommunicateproductliterature,O&Mmanuals,RFI’sandsubmittals
  associatedwithdesignclarificationandproductsubstitutionstoalldesignstakeholdersontheproject
• CreatetheBIMexecutionplansalignedcohesivelywithdesigndocuments,subcontractor design-buildtradesandconstructabilityconstraints
