Essential Duties&Responsibilities:- Leadandsuperviseallfieldactivitiesonmultiplejobsites,monitoringprogressandassistinginfutureplanning.
- Overseeandensurethehigheststandardsofqualitycontrolforallconstructionwork.
- MaintaineffectivecommunicationwiththeprojectteamregardingASI’s,RFI’s,and Material
Submittals. - Ensurethateachsubcontractorisfullyexecutingandcomplyingwiththeircontractedscopeofwork.
- Coordinateandschedulerequiredinspectionswithlocaljurisdictions.
- Identifyandaddresssubcontractornon-compliancewithsafety,health,andenvironmentalqualitystandards.
- Proactivelyidentifyandcommunicateconflictsinconstructionprogresstotheprojectteamforresolution.
- Maintaindailylogsin Procoreofactivitiesonthejobsites.
- Ensuresubcontractorscorrectanyidentifieddeficienciesaspertheprojectteam'sguidance.
- Presideoverweeklysubcontractorandsafetymeetings,designedtocoordinatetheworkefficiently.
- Issuenoticesofnon-compliancetosubcontractorsregardingthequalityofworkorscheduling.
- Ensurethatjobsitesarealwayskeptinacleanandorganizedmanner.
- Overseejobprogressandcompletionpunchlistidentificationandcompletion.
- 8-10+yearsofexperiencesupervisingcommercialconstructionprojectsasa
Senior Superintendentor General Superintendent fora General Contractor . - Provenbackgroundintenantimprovements.
- Proficiencyinrunningmultiplejobsitesconcurrently.
- Strongexperienceworkingin Los Angeles and Orange County municipalities ,specificallyinterfacingwithbuildinginspectorsandcodeenforcementofficers.
- Excellentproficiencyinreadingarchitectural,structural,andMEPconstructiondrawings.
- Abilitytoscheduleandcoordinatesubcontractors,consultants,andvendorsinthecriticalpathtoensuretimelyprojectcompletion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Projectandschedulingsoftware .
- Organizedindividualswhoareabletomulti-task,andwhohaveclearwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillswillsucceed.
- Articulate,polite,andpoisedinclientcommunication.
- Exceptionalleadershipskills.
- Familiaritywithnewtechnology,specifically
Procoreand
Bluebeam. - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook ,Word,ExcelandMSProject.
