Senior Creative Producer

We are seeking a full-time Senior Creative Producer
, to work on a wide range of multi-channel projects, in collaboration with our In-House Agency Clients.

You will be responsible for advising on production strategy, co-creating visions with chosen creatives, managing clients and vendors, and overseeing project execution. You’ll work with a diverse team of producers, directors, animators, and copywriters to enhance in-house creative capabilities and ensure successful campaign deliveries.

This is an in-person role at our Venice, CA office.

• Serve as direct liaison between Mike Teevee and its clients, including creative, marketing, production and brand teams.
• Act as point person for freelance editors, animators, VFX artists, vendors, post-production facilities, and Mike Teevee’s own Production staff.
• Facilitate and deliver a seamless, timely, and accurate finishing process, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Partner and work directly with MTV’s Producers to identify and assist with driving workflow.
• Create project schedules and understand the entire workflow from start to the finished deliverable, while successfully managing the client expectations.
• Maintain finishing scheduling from compiling, organizing, and distributing to post-production staff, as well as providing necessary updates and revisions across the pipeline.
• Map changes to budgets, scheduling, and overtime, effectively and efficiently communicating these changes to clients/ producers.
• Maintain Mike Teevee’s highest level of standards for quality and accuracy by reviewing and evaluating final online, color, and mix before sent to clients.

• Excellent communication and team management abilities

• 5+ years’ experience in marketing production or account management
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end production pipeline
• Proven experience collaborating with creative teams across all disciplines
• Experience working with a range of budgets
• Experience producing campaigns for multiple channels, including TV, social, print, events and activations
• Knowledge of industry-standard tools and production timelines
• Demonstrable leadership abilities and excellent client relationship skills
