We’re expanding a team of experienced Inference Artists to generate high‑quality elements using prompt‑based generative AI tools such as Google’s Veo
2. This team will work closely with our VFX teams, integrating the generated elements into their environments for final compositing. The core responsibility of the Inference Artist is to use images, video, and prompt engineering to generate high‑quality elements, both technically and artistically. Experience in visual effects, as well as a familiarity with the functions and concepts of generative AI models, is essential.

This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in our Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA) office.

• Generate VFX‑style elements using prompt‑based generative AI tools for shot‑specific requirements.
• Evaluate narrative and aesthetic coherence between generated elements and original source material.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure visual consistency and narrative alignment across teams.
• Engineer and maintain effective prompts, inputs, and hyperparameters to generate a high level of detail, adherence, and consistency. Refine inputs based on video outputs from models following a disciplined approach to measuring results.
• Provide feedback on generation quality and flag any mismatches or visual inconsistencies, as well as their possible solutions, while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork; we don’t have room for people who put themselves before their co‑workers.

• Strong artistic sensibility with a good eye for detail, lighting, composition, and movement.
• Technical aptitude for visual troubleshooting and detailed QC.
• Familiarity with traditional VFX DCCs (Nuke, Maya, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) and experience with AI‑driven VFX tools and workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both for collaboration with your team and for prompt engineering.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a larger pipeline.
• Comfort working on rolling deliveries with quick turnarounds.
• Must be able to work on‑site in DTLA.

  UI, fine‑tuning models, generating LoRA, creating and editing workflows.
• Engineering & scripting experience: familiarity with command line interfaces, Python, etc.
