Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Creative Directors to ideate, develop, and execute visual concepts across campaigns, digital platforms, and print assets.
  • Design and produce high-quality graphics, layout, and mockups for social media, product pages, emails, and lookbooks.
  • Participate in photoshoots—assisting with direction, styling, prop selection, mood boards, and ensuring visual consistency.
  • Create storyboards and assist in translating creative concepts into stills, motion, or multimedia assets.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives by collaborating with copy, marketing, e-commerce, and production teams to ensure on-brand and on-schedule creative output.
  • Prepare and manage artwork for digital and print—including prepping files, managing versioning, and ensuring on-brand consistency.
  • Stay current on visual culture, fashion editorial trends, and emerging creative platforms to actively influence future creative direction.
  • Receive and apply feedback from Creative Directors, iterating on designs to improve visual storytelling and brand impact.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of creative experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, editorial, or cultural brands.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Video or motion experience is a plus.
  • Strong interest in visual storytelling, typography, layout, and brand culture.
  • Excellent communication and visual presentation skills—capable of clearly explaining creative decisions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, managing multiple projects and tight timelines seamlessly.
  • A standout portfolio that demonstrates both conceptual thinking and hands-on design execution.
