Salary: $75,000–$110,000/year + comprehensive benefits

We’re looking for a Manager of Casting & Creator Partnerships who can source, evaluate, and secure exceptional talent at speed — someone who has deep relationships across influencers, content creators, and real people, with an instinct for matching talent to creative vision.

You’ll own the entire casting process: from receiving talent requests to sourcing, running auditions, negotiating deals, and managing relationships directly.

This role is perfect for someone with their finger on the pulse of digital talent, who moves decisively, leverages AI, and delivers great casting fast.

• Turn production talent requests into casting strategies and source ideal talent
• Build and maintain direct relationships with influencers, creators, and talent
• Lead efficient casting sessions — auditions, callbacks, and chemistry reads
• Negotiate talent deals within budget while maintaining positive relationships
• Manage casting logistics — scheduling, contracts, availability, and clearances
• Drive ops optimization using AI and technical tools to streamline workflows
• Enable very fast “time to cast” — from brief to booked talent in record time

• 5+ years casting for digital-first, social, branded, or performance creative
• Strong network with influencers, creators, and digital talent
• Exceptional eye for talent — you spot the right person instantly
• Skilled negotiator balancing creative needs, budgets, and expectations
• Tech-savvy — comfortable leveraging AI and modern tools for efficiency
