An innovative denim lifestyle apparel brand is searching for a
Product Development Assistant with denim experience to join its creative team. This position supports the full product lifecycle working closely with design, merchandising, production, and overseas partners to bring new collections to life. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring products meet brand standards from concept through final production.

RESPONSILBITIES
  • Partner with design and merchandising teams to track product progress from initial ideas to final samples
  • Manage daily communication with factories and vendors, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Organize and maintain fabric, trim, and wash libraries
  • Handle sample logistics, shipping, tracking, labeling, and reviewing pre-production submits
  • Support data entry and seasonal tracking within PLM systems (N41 experience a plus)
  • Update line sheets, sample lists, and development charts for internal meetings
  • Assist in scheduling and preparing review sessions (fit, proto, wash, and production handoffs)
  • Conduct design and trend research to support upcoming collections
  • Review samples with the team, record fit comments, and communicate updates to vendors
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solution-oriented studio culture

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Merchandising, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in product development or production coordination IN DENIM
  • Knowledge of denim construction and materials strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with PLM systems (N41 or Web PLM)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and ideally Canva or Adobe tools
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and follow-through
  • A genuine interest in fashion innovation and product creation
