The proprietary model provides data-driven prices for established tracks, allowing artists to sell individual tracks or even parts thereof, while Duetti then markets those tracks going forward using proprietary ROI-focused techniques.

As Sync Lead, you will own Duetti’s sync strategy and revenue channel. This is a high-impact role from day one - deepening and expanding our network of supervisors, production houses, agencies, and streamer partners, while delivering a consistent pipeline of outbound opportunities for our catalog. You will combine strong creative instincts with deal-driving hustle, earning trust and building recurring relationships that drive measurable revenue.

We’re looking for someone who can grow a business unit within our business. You already have a respected name in the sync world, with the taste, ears, and relationships that get tracks placed.

• Develop and execute Duetti’s sync pipeline strategy, targeting film, TV, streaming platforms, advertising agencies, gaming, and content creators.
• Manage and grow relationships with music supervisors, production companies, trailer houses, and strategic sync partners.
• Establish internal prioritization of sync-ready catalog and actively pitch priority tracks with tailored, creative context for each opportunity.
• Build a clear deal pipeline, including forecasting and revenue reporting for leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal and Finance to ensure timely license execution and payment.

• 4+ years of experience in sync licensing for a label, publisher, or sync agency.
• Deep and active rolodex of supervisors and media partners, with proven recurring business.
• Strong storytelling instincts and aesthetic judgment for what will land with producers and editors.
• Operationally strong and comfortable running your own pipeline and process with autonomy.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you can build and iterate quickly.
• Passionate about working directly with artists and championing their music.
