Event Planner

Our recruiting agency is currently seeking a highly organized and creative Event Planner to join one of our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating, designing, and executing events that align with client goals, while ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of events, from conception to completion
• Develop event concepts, budgets, and timelines
• Secure venues, vendors, and necessary permits/contracts
• Manage event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Monitor budgets and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Provide on-site support during events and resolve any issues that may arise
• Prepare post-event reports and gather client feedback for continuous improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as an Event Planner or in a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with event management software is a plus
