AboutThe Role
We’re looking for a sharp, insight-driven Creative Strategist to join the Arrae team in Los Angeles. This role sits at the intersection of creative thinking, performance data, and execution – playing a key role in shaping how our paid media creative evolves and scales. The ideal candidate knows how to spot patterns in performance, translate them into compelling hooks and angles to push creative forward — both by iterating on what’s working and thinking beyond it.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Develop detailed creative briefs — concepting ideas, writing conversion-driven copy, and providing visual direction to guide designers and agency partners across paid channels.
- Write short-form video scripts and compelling hooks for paid ads, including UGC and founder-led content.
- Balance iteration and innovation — scaling what works while introducing net-new ideas to test and expand performance.
- Translate metrics and testing results into clear creative decisions — what to double down on, refine, or retire.
- Help manage the
creative production process
, collaborating with designers and media buyers to ensure ad assets are organized, named correctly, and delivered on time. - Stay up-to-date with the competitive and cultural landscape to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for paid media.
- Have 2+ years of experience developing performance-driven creative for paid media (Meta, Tik Tok, or similar platforms).
- Know how to translate performance data into actionable creative insights.
- Can concept and write strong hooks, scripts, and messaging angles that stop the scroll.
- Understand how creative impacts metrics like CTR, CPA, and conversion rate
, and use those signals to inform iteration. - Can edit short-form videos using tools like Cap Cut or similar.
- Are organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple creative work streams at once.
- Have a genuine interest in wellness, storytelling, and performance marketing
. - Are based in Los Angeles and available for a hybrid schedule (some in-person work required).
