** Overview and Responsibilities*
* We're looking for an executive assistant to join our team in the Business Affairs department. Our ideal candidate is interested in the learning more about the field with a thirst for knowledge.

+ Provide administrative support to two Executives in the Business Affairs department.

+ Contract drafting, filing, answering phones, calendar management, and other administrative tasks.

+ Perform special projects and research as needed.

+ Complete expense reports.

** Basic Qualifications*
* + 2+ years of entertainment or administrative experience. Internships and other related experiences will be considered.

+ Bachelors degree.

+ Able to navigate the internal filing systems and execute research assignments with a high level of proficiency.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

** Additional Qualifications*
* + Extremely organized and detail oriented.

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Hiring Salary Range: $50,000..

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
