, located in Westwood. As the face of The Carlyle, you will play a pivotal role in curating an exceptional experience for residents and guests, setting the tone for every interaction and ensuring all who enter feel welcomed and valued.

Compensation

$25.00 – $28.00 per hour

Schedule

Schedule varies and includes evening shifts, typically between 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm and 2:30 pm–11:00 pm. Flexibility is required.

What You’ll Do (Job Duties)

Under the direction of the assigned supervisor, the Concierge Associate serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors entering the lobby or contacting the Association. This role requires a consistently professional appearance and polished communication style when greeting individuals, answering phones, and managing front desk responsibilities.

The Concierge Associate is expected to maintain a working knowledge of the Association’s rules, policies, procedures, amenities, and surrounding area in order to effectively assist residents and their guests.

In addition to front desk responsibilities, the Concierge Associate will assist with Door Host and Valet coverage as needed
. Cross‑training across front desk, door host, and valet operations is a core component of the role and supports team flexibility, service continuity, and internal growth opportunities.

Requirements
  • Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • At least 1 year of hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience
  • Must be willing to valet and be cross‑trained in all front‑of‑house functions
  • Valid California Driver’s License required
  • Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates are highly desired
  • Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
  • Upbeat, positive, and team‑oriented attitude
  • Strong judgment with a solutions‑oriented mindset
  • Proactive approach to customer service
