Inbound Lead Qualification Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for an Inbound Lead Qualification Representative to contact warm leads who have already requested information about our services. This is not a cold calling role. You will only be calling people who have already submitted their information. Your job is to ask a few qualifying questions, answer basic questions, and guide the lead to complete a short application.

You are not booking calendar appointments. Your main goal is to move interested leads further in the process by helping them complete the application.

• Calling inbound leads within minutes of submission
• Asking qualifying questions using a simple script
• Answering basic questions about the service
• Guiding leads to complete an online application
• Updating lead status and notes in the CRM
• Being available during business hours and responding quickly when new leads appear in the system. Call volume depends on incoming lead flow.

• Primary availability: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
• On-demand calling based on real-time inbound lead volume
• Some days may be busy, some days may be lighter depending on lead flow

• Clear spoken English
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Sales or call center experience is a plus
• Friendly, confident, and professional tone
• Ability to follow scripts
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace
• Basic computer skills
