Call Center Representative

We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will handle incoming and outgoing calls, respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, provide accurate information about company products and services, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction. Previous customer service experience is an advantage but is not required.

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
