Honda of North Hollywood is under new ownership and expanding! We are looking for qualified, motivated and exceptional individulas to become part of our team.

As our Receptionist, at Honda of North Hollywood you're responsible for creating a great customer service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and our team.

• Answer all customer calls promptly and professionally
• Determine customer's primary concern and schedule the necessary appointment or direct them to the appropriate department
• Communicate with each customer in a fashion that leaves them feeling comfortable and informed every time
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services and needs of the dealerships
• Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Work as a team player and uphold the company's standards of professionalism and integrity
• Perform efficiently with the normal amount of direction for the position; displays the professional attitude and capabilities of a self-starter.
• Position compensated up to $25/hr, based on experience.

Position Requirements

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual Spanish/English
• Previous inbound/outbound customer service, call center, or sales experience a plus
• Proficient computer skills, ability to manage multiple systems, and ability to type 40 + wpm
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented
• Strong customer service skills: problem solving and communication (written and verbal)
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen

Physical Demands

• Sit and/or stand interchangeably throughout the day.
• Sit and/or stand for long periods at a time.

• Pick-up, lift and carry items that may exceed 50 pounds.
• Operate and drive vehicles or equipment, as needed, in a safe manner.
