We are seeking a motivated, punctual, and outgoing Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, customer-focused service and facilitating solutions to patients' dental health needs. The Treatment Plan Coordinator will work in a growing practice with a supportive team environment. Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with patients seeking advanced cosmetic dentistry
• Contacting 100+ leads daily, scheduling consultations and follow-ups
• Presenting treatment plans and addressing patient concerns
• Ensuring an exceptional patient experience and office efficiency
• Following orthodontist’s instructions and directives
• Making welcome calls to new patients, answering questions, and setting expectations
• Assisting with new patient paperwork and ensuring smooth patient flow
• Preparing and presenting financial treatment plans, coordinating payment options
• Explaining treatment costs and financial options to patients
• Managing all treatment, payment, and appointment inquiries
• Assisting patients with payment plans, including Care Credit options
• Updating patient payments and insurance statements
• Collecting previous balances and copays
• Performing miscellaneous job-related tasks as assigned

This is a part-time position initially, with the potential to lead to a full-time role with full benefits.
