Smiles Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is seeking a warm, polished, highly organized Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team and support our Office Manager and clinical team in delivering exceptional care to children and families.

- Present treatment plans with clarity and confidence
- Coordinate pediatric, orthodontic, and sedation scheduling
- Communicate with parents before and after visits
- Support the Office Manager in organizing administrative flow Ensure each family feels welcomed, informed, and cared for
- Dental or medical office experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental insurance and fee-for-service workflows is encouraged
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a dynamic environment
- Interest in digital workflows a plus
