Orthodontic Financial Coordinator

Overview

We are looking for an amazing Orthodontic
Financial
Coordinator to join our
**** practice!

A minimum of 2 years as a orthodontic dental office manager; must have a thorough knowledge of dental billing, insurance PPO/HMO plans along Denti-cal. The high-priority candidate will have a great attitude and a strong work ethic.

• Treatment planning.
• Familiar with financing such as Care Credit/Lending Club.
• Familiar with electronic billing and billing knowledge.
• Able to meet monthly production/collection goals.
• Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend is a plus!
• Knowledge of Dentical, PPO, and HMO Billing

• MUST LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN.
• Must have at least 2 years experience in the orthodontics field.
• Previous dental front office experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• An upbeat personality is a MUST.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Clean, neat professional appearance.
• Bi-lingual Spanish desired.

• Full-time. Mon-Fri 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Sat 8:00 am- 2:00 pm
• Hourly + Monthly Bonuses + Benefits
• Pay $23-$25 (Negotiable DOE)
