Job Description: We’re looking for a passionate and driven Junior Interior Designer to join our Los Angeles team. This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone serious about building a long‑term career in interiors. You’ll support senior designers and project managers in all phases of design and documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with space planning, FF&E selection, and design presentations
- Create CAD drawings and 3D models using Sketch Up and Lumion
- Prepare project FF&E schedules in Excel and maintain project documentation
- Prepare visual materials and mood boards (using Photoshop if digital)
- Participate in site visits and client meetings
- Assist in gathering & sourcing material samples from design showrooms & vendors (must be comfortable driving locally)
- Collaborate with the team to ensure design intent is executed across all phases
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in interior design or architecture
- 2–4 years of professional experience in interior design
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Lumion, Excel, and Photoshop
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills
- Must be able to work in‑person and travel locally
- Clear passion for interior design and a desire to grow within the field
Compensation: $32–40/hour + Overtime + Benefits, commensurate with experience
