MONTALBA ARCHITECTS is hiring. We’re looking for a talented and driven individual with 2 to 6 years of full-time experience in an architectural office to join our Los Angeles team as a Designer. In this role, you’ll contribute to projects from conceptual design through construction documentation.

What qualities do you believe lead to the success of a project and team?
What We’re Looking For- B.Arch or M.Arch degree
- 2–6 years of professional experience in an architectural office
- A thoughtful and iterative approach to design
- Strong experience producing clear, coordinated drawing sets for Design Development and Construction Documents — including complex detailing and consultant coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite (Revit experience a plus)
- Ability to build organized, detailed 3D models (Enscape rendering experience a plus)
- Strong rendering skills for both internal development and client presentations
- Experience preparing compelling design packages and presentation materials
- Portfolio (10MB max) clearly showing your role and contributions in each project
