Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing complex architectural projects, overseeing design development, and ensuring project goals are met within budget and on time. The Senior Architect will also be expected to mentor and guide junior architects while working closely with the project team and clients.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex architectural projects from inception to completionOversee the design development process and ensure that project goals are met within budget and on timeCollaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project successProvide technical guidance and support to junior architectsDevelop project proposals and budgetsReview and approve project drawings, specifications, and other project-related documentsConduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and standardsIdentify and resolve design-related issues during the construction phaseKeep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and codesProvide input on the development of studio-wide policies and proceduresQualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in ArchitectureMinimum of 10 years of professional experience in architectureLicensed Architect preferredProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and other design softwareStrong leadership, project management, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workKnowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification is a plusIf you are a motivated and talented Senior Architect who is passionate about creating innovative designs and delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.
