Senior Architect - Los Angeles

Senior Architect – New York & Los Angeles Studios

Compensation
: $100,000 – $130,000 per year (base pay). Salary commensurate with experience, excluding profit‑share and benefits.

• Generate creative design solutions from conceptual design through construction administration.
• Coordinate with team members, project leaders, partners, and other design/engineering consultants.
• Resolve design and technical challenges and advocate for design excellence.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and contribute to studio‑wide initiatives and sustainability culture.
• Travel periodically as required.

• Master’s degree or equivalent 5‑year professional degree in Architecture (accredited school required).
• 10+ years of related professional experience.
• Proven experience managing teams and coordinating with consultants.
• Proficiency in Revit and Rhino; parametric design experience a plus.
• Strong time‑management, prioritization, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication of design ideas and direction.
• Experience in transportation, large‑scale sector projects, sports, higher education, or design‑build is highly prioritized.
• Experience collaborating in mid‑ to large‑sized teams and contributing to large‑scale project design is prioritized.
